The former Miss California, Carrie Prejean, is still opening her mouth even though she clearly doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I almost feel sorry for the “traditional marriage” party, she is so goddamn stupid she is going to do more harm than good.

Last night she was on Greta Van Susteren’s show on Fox and embarrassed herself yet again. I gotta say it makes me feel a little giddy inside, does that make me a bad person? Who am I kidding, I don’t care, it’s just plain fun to watch ignorant and intolerant people fall flat on their faces. It just never gets old, does it?

I see that the clip of the interview between Prejean and Van Susteren had been taken down, I guess I’m not the only one who thought she was a total embarrassment.

The reason that Carrie Prejean the FORMER Miss California (did you hear she had the nerve to ask Trump for her crown back?? Nuts) was talking to Ms Van Susteren was to promote her new campaign with NOW.

Here is a small chunk of the interview as transcribed by U.S. News and World Report. This is her answer to Greta asking her if she believed in civil unions for gays and lesbians:

“You know what, Greta? I don’t have the answers to everything. I’m not running for political office. I don’t have the answers to everything, you know, in the world out there.

But I think that there should be rights for people, you know, especially in California. I think that people that are homosexual should have some rights, you know, hospital rights, and things like that.

After asking about same sex civil unions Van Susteren moved on to the issue of gay adoption and in response Prejean seemed to get a little miffed and said:

“Greta, I am focusing on marriage right now, not adoption, not civil unions, just traditional marriage, and I’m going to do whatever it takes to promote that.”

This interview was no the only time Carrie Prejean spoke and make a fool of herself today either, she was on quite the roll. She held a press conference earlier in the day During the interview the former Miss California claimed that she is working so hard for NOW because she feels that “marriage is good” and “unless we bring men and women together children will not have mothers and fathers.” WTF? That doesn’t even make sense or have anything to do with anything!

She’s almost as funny and ridiculous as Sarah Palin. She probably has a poster of that esteemed Alaskan woman on her wall at home. LOL!
