Without A Jewelry Box You’re Just Stupid

Now that you have a fine, fine collection of gay jewelry you need a jewelry box to keep it all in right? But what kind of jewelry box should you get? This is a question that I get all of the time!

The answer is simple: anyone and everyone who owns jewelry needs to have jewelry boxes and in my personal opinion wooden ones –especially wooden inlay jewelry boxes –are the absolute best choice around.

Without these handy dandy storage containers our jewelry would get lost and separated and scratched and bent. It is the jewelry box that protects the jewelry in case of fire, flood, kids and even pets. If I had a penny for every time I heard someone lost an earring or a necklace due to their curious cat, I would be a very rich woman. If only everyone had jewelry boxes!

Your jewelry boxes can take many different looks. There are fine polished wood jewelry boxes and there are crystal ones, then there are the cheap plastic jewelry boxes and even stainless steel boxes. It is all a matter of taste, we all like different kind of jewelry boxes just as we all like different kind of jewelry. Think of the jewelry box as just another accessory, it is just as important as the piece that it contains.

Some of the finest wooden inlay jewelry boxes that I have ever come across are ones that were not originally created for this purpose at all. For example, the wooden inlay jewelry box that I own was originally a cigar humidor. Yes, seriously! It is a beautiful piece with mother of pearl inlay and wonderfully polished wood.
